By Decision no. 650/ 06.08.2008, Prime Telecom has been officially acknowledged as provider with significant position on the market of telecom services, namely call ending services at fix points in its own public telephone network. In this context, Prime Telecom has the obligation to act transparently, non discriminatory, the obligation to supply certain services and to grant access to certain facilities, as well as obligations regarding tariffs' control during interconnection of its own public telephone network with public communication networks installed, operated or made available by other providers with the purpose of call ending services at fix points.

Interconnection

According to the ANCOM decision we provide for those interested tariffs for services associated with interconnection with the purpose of call ending in Prime's network, as well as names and addresses of switches where interconnection has been available since September 1^st 2008.

The rates provided by Prime Telecom for calls that are ended in its network is 0.0097 Euro plus VAT.

Technical methods of interconnecting

Interconnection can be realized directly (SS7, TDM or VoIP), as well as simple transit, by another operator that is directly interconnected with Prime.
